I know I am like most other grandmas in the world...but I am obsessed with my little Granddaughter Halle Rose. I can't get enough of her. I can't stop looking at pictures of her...I miss her so much! See...she lives in California and we live in Utah. It's not that far, I guess...I know it could be farther. But I can't just see her whenever I want, and I hate it! I'm secretly really mad at my son in law for taking my daughter away from me...2 months before she had her baby! He's a wonderful guy, it's true. Were it not for that, I would do something drastic!
So now that you know the saga behind the obsession, here are some pictures I just had to share. Thanks for letting me indulge!

Ah, she is adorable! I can understand why you miss her so much. I have deep sympathy with your situation because I am in a similar situation. I live in the UK and my parents live in South Africa. We don't have any kiddies yet but, I know when we do, Mum will be so much more!
Halle is absolutely adorable. I understand your missing her. It's a dilemma to be sure. We have six little grandchildren and the closest is 13 hours away. Singlehandedly, my husband and I have pulled the airline industry out of its slump since the first one was born 5 years ago! Even though we are a distance from our little ones we still feel like we're a big part of their lives. I just think you have to try a little harder when they live further away, but it is worth every effort.
It could be worse -- California is a great place to visit.
Oh yes, Halle Rose is completely adorable and you can show pictures of her any time you like! I have no grandchildren to take photos of :(
You lucky lady. You have a grand baby! I want one so bad. Just keep posting pictures so we can also enjoy. Good luck at market next week. I am excited for you. Loves
What a little cutie. I can certainly empathasize being a long distance gramma myself.
Let's try that again... fingers got a little tongue-tied:
empathize!
My mother would absolutely sympathize. She lives in Hawaii and we are in Logan,UT on our way to Wyoming..not any closer to Hawaii. She was able to help in raising my first two but she has yet to even hold the third and he is already 15 mos. She just about cries everytime she hears his voice in the background of our calls.
ahhhhh she is so cute i miss her to :(
