Time is FLYING by...and I can't find enough hours in the day, or night for that matter, to get everything done! I admit to taking a few days off to visit my little Halle Rose for Valentine's Day/First Birthday, but I really, really needed that little break.
Anyway, I'm just scrambling now to get back in the groove so that everything is ready for Spring Market. A while back I had a little contest to guess what my inspiration was for the next line. It was a short lived contest, (haha!) but I haven't mentioned much about that collection since. That's because I wanted to keep it quiet until it was done.
It's a fall line, and I'm pretty excited about it! I will be showing this collection along with my new and older patterns at the spring quilt market in May. It will be available in September (!), which seems like a long ways off, doesn't it? But I also know how fast time goes by!
The next collection after that will have the birds I showed you in the last post, among other things. That's how far in advance this industry works! So weird.
Anyway, this here (below), is a little sneak peek of Santorini! (Just a few of the 31 prints in this collection.) The colors are a mix of rich olive greens, warm pinks, deep purples, golden yellows and oranges, with cream and deep warm brown as the contrast.
I hope it will be fun and colorful to sew with for fall!

Lila,
Soiree is doing awesome!! We didn't even get it on the shelf and people were wanting some of it.
Nadine
Santorini is so peaceful and easy to look at. Love the soft colors and large flowers.
Wow! You've been busy. I can't wait to see the rest!
This collection is outstanding -- I'm sure you will have much success with it! I love them all but I think the pink medallion print, the damask looking sage and the pink/mustard floral in top-right are favs.
Way to go!!!!
I love it. I cannot wait to get my hands on that. It's so warm and soothing.

Chelsea
Love it!
Love the color combos - too bad one has to wait till fall!!! Who in Utah county carries your fabrics?
And, I'm one of the ones that drove Nadine insane about your line. "When will it be here?, When will it be here".... I was in the first day she opened the bolts. I had bought the honey bun earlier and couldn't wait to get the rest of the fabric. I LOVE IT! It inspired me to actually get a quilt done. Now you have me so excited for the fall. I love your new line as well. I LOVE what you do!!! Thanks for doing it!!!
just found your blog and I love the fall collection. Like your blog too. I'll be back, I have been looking at woodland bloom at fabric.com so some time....
Too cute! I love how the purple stands out. Cannot wait to make something with it!
Love dull olive as a color.
Hope lots of others join me.
Looks great.
I tagged your blog as brilliant!
Absolutely stunning designs -- not that I'm surprised. :) Do you know when in the fall it will be released?
