Halle in her Christmas outfit!

My daughter Brittney sent me these photos of Halle in an outfit I made for her for Christmas, and I just had to share them with you. Isn't she darling? I'm so glad it fits her!

And this is a picture of Halle's Christmas "loot"! What a lucky little girl!

See the slobber mark on the baby doll's head? That was a kiss. Haha!

Grandma loves you Halle!

We Got Snow!

Holy White Christmas!
This is a picture of my back porch after a nice dump of Christmas snow. (Ooops, was I supposed to move the porch furniture BEFORE this happened? Oh well...I'm just gonna let it ride.)

Gotta Love it!

Here's a little photo of my family gathering for Thanksgiving...a little late, I know. (That's how I operate!) Left to right: my sister Laura, daughter Paige behind sister Lucy(holding her youngest boy Nolan), Me, Hal's brother Mark holding Halle (grandaughter), Grandma Tueller, daughter Abby, son in law Matthew, Hal on the floor, and daughter Brittney behind the camera.

OH MY GOSH Christmas is coming...

I'm sooo not ready! Why oh why do I always procrastinate everything till the last minute??? I have been doing a little sewing, (mostly for Halle) but absolutely NO shopping! I think I really hate shopping, and that's why I don't do it till the end. Is that weird?

Here's a little peek of the outfits I'm making for Halle, don't look Brittney!

This little dress and pants below were made from my "Woodland Bloom" collection, which is available in stores now, and the patterns are from my niece Chelsea of Pink Fig Patterns. It's the "Olivia Dress", and the "Bella Pants". You should try them if you have a little girl in your life! This one below is the little "Stripwork Skirt" from the same fabric collection, and is another of Chelsea's great patterns! It was so much fun to make that I had to make another one...

This time I made it out of my new "Soire'e" fabric collection, which will be available in stores this coming February! I still have to sew up the "Olivia Top" that goes with it. I'll post that when I'm done with it. Great...BUT, I still haven't done my shopping.... I'm relying on Santa a lot this year! Do you think He'll get it all done for me? FAT CHANCE.
Oh, and by the way, did you check out my "Twilight Before Christmas " video below yet? FUNNY!
Here's a picture of some treats my daughter Paige whipped up, and a shot of Abigail and Troy getting in the Chrismas Spirit!

Hope you are having a wonderful Christmas season! Oh, and if you wouldn't mind, I have a list of things you could maybe pick up for me while you're out doing your shopping. I'll pay you later!
Thanks a ton,
Lila

Merry Christmas!

Sorry, I couldn't resist this last one. I asked Santa if I could have him for Christmas. He said "No, you sick obsessed old woman."

My Little Halle Rose!

I just can't let the opportunity go by to share these great photos with you of my little Granddaughter Halle! Isn't she a doll? She was here for Thanksgiving, and made it so much fun for all of us. She is a little giggle-box!
These pictures were taken by my VERY talented and multi-faceted neighbor and friend Nicole Hill Gerulat. She is a phenomenal photographer, and has taken our town, and much of America by storm lately, because she is just that good. Here's her beautiful blog:

Thanks Nicole, for being so good at what you do!
Thanks Halle, for showing us your winning smile! (And your two bottom teeth!)

I thought you might like to see what Kimberly Parker won in the "Guess my island inspiration" giveaway contest... here she is with her new purse:
And here is her cat, Bagheera, who also enjoys the purse!
